Viveka has walked the path of yoga, meditation, and inner transformation for over 25 years. She founded Atmajyoti Yoga in 2002 and has since guided thousands of students through classes, retreats, and corporate programs rooted in Hatha Yoga, Medical Yoga, Pranayama, and Mindfulness Meditation. Her training spans global lineages—from the Himalayas of India to the neuroscience labs of Berkeley—and her work is a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern insight.
Magnus brings 30 years of experience from the media and publishing world. As the founder of BookOutlet.se and BookOutlet.fi, he has built and expanded businesses with vision and integrity. Now, with an eye toward new markets and international growth, he joins Karuna Consulting with a mission to align purpose with strategy, and business with deeper meaning.
